In Balance Physical therapy is home to Sarah Cohen MPT who specializes in the treatment of vestibular disorders with extensive training and experience. She has taken numerous courses and ongoing training opportunities over the past two decades, earning the APTA Certificate of Competency in 2016 for the treatment of vestibular disorders. Sarah also received the APTA Certificate of Competency for the treatment of cervicogenic dizziness in 2017. Additionally, she is certified in manual lymphatic drainage and dry needling.

Physical Therapist (MPT)

Sarah was born and raised in Santa Fe, NM and has practiced physical therapy in Northern New Mexico since 2005. She received her Bachelors of Science in Biology and her Masters of Physical Therapy from the University of New Mexico. Sarah treats a wide variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, facilitates post-mastectomy rehabilitation, and specializes in vestibular rehabilitation therapy.

 

Sarah appreciates living in beautiful Santa Fe and feels grateful to be able to serve the community to which she feels a deep connection. When Sarah is not working with her patients, she loves spending time with her husband, family, and cherished friends. She enjoys skiing, hiking, biking, and walking her beloved dogs Nicki and Ziggy in the incredible terrain of Northern New Mexico.
